In-home lessons incur a travel fee that ranges from $5-$13 per lesson depending on location and lesson duration.
Opera Center lessons incur a $16.50 fee for 45 and 60 minute lessons and a $8.25 fee for 30 minute lessons. This is to cover the cost of room bookings and Opera America membership fees.
Payment and scheduling are arranged in 3 semesters and structured around the NYC public school schedule. Fall semester (September 3, 2025 - December 20, 2025) includes 14 lessons. Winter semester (January 5, 2026 - March 28, 2026) includes 10 lessons. Spring semester (March 30, 2026 - June 27, 2026) includes 11 lessons.
Lessons in the summer are scheduled on a month to month basis. Payment during the summer is due on the 1st of each month and is based on the number of lessons in each month. Monthly rates apply.
